It looks like my 1yr old daughter has been caught by the latest FAD diet.
She's too young to know.....
I am not a fan of any "two week transformation" style diets or exercise plans purely because they are not sustainable
Before you know it you are back where you started
For me, it's all about smart, sustainable progress not starvation, exhaustion and misery.
I currently have a couple of spaces left for either face to face or online fitness coaching.
