When I started training with Tom I was out of shape not only physically but mentally. Since I was out of university and out of my regular hockey training, I had fallen out of the routine to exercise and taken little regard for my eating habits.  

Tom helped me to improve my strength training to lift more than ever, combat old injuries and get back to peak fitness before my next season. He has provided me with meal plan ideas to make sure that I am feeding my body correctly to be able to implement all aspects of my lifestyle.

 

I have been thrilled with the results and very grateful for all the hours I have worked with Tom. Since starting in January I have lost over 16lbs, gained muscle and reduce my body fat percentage.

 

Though some aspects of training are difficult the rewards from being able to accomplish the new weights, times and sets is fantastic. Tom continually changed my plan so that I never got bored, constantly motivating me and keeping me on my toes. I have not only changed how I view the gym but exercise in general and the importance of looking after my body.

 

I am looking forward to going back to University and re-joining my hockey team with newfound confidence in my abilities. Thank you Tom for pushing me and encouraging me to keep going.

Tom also inspires through his own physical appearance, he clearly practices what he preaches, which keeps us accountable to uphold our end of the deal. 
Tom is very in-tune with our emotional state. Being female, there are days where one doesn’t feel ‘top form’ and Tom starts us off easy on those and somehow works us extremely hard towards the end before we even notice it happening! 
I am a stone lighter and keeping it off easily. 
My muscles are more defined, I am definitely stronger but I am also mentally stronger because I know I can achieve the goals I set out to achieve"
