We are not interested in gimmicks or quick fixes that fall apart in weeks. We believe in a long term and realistic approach to exercise and nutrition. This means our clients still enjoy a healthy social life, a bit of chocolate now and then and the odd glass of wine/pint whilst smashing their goals.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
My passion for health and fitness started in my early twenties. I played rugby to a high standard and putting the extra effort into my fitness and nutrition gave me the edge I wanted on the pitch.
​
Back then I worked in advertising, but people would often come to me for advice with their health and fitness goals and I was more than happy to help. The more I learnt through reading and hands on experience the more I realised that if I wanted a career I was passionate about I had to make the switch to personal training. I have never looked back.

Ultimately, personal training is about helping people get more out of their lives. That's why I love it so much.
