Injuries shouldn't stop your gym work


Not many injuries should stop you going to the gym altogether

You can adapt, you can shift your focus. Don't use an injury as an excuse to tap out and lose sight of your goals.

Sam hobbled into the gym on crutches after damaging his knee playing basketball. Whether he was going to train or not was never in doubt, we just needed to be smart about what he did to avoid placing any pressure on his bad leg.
