Hit a golf ball 30 meters further

Martin has been training with me for nearly a year now. In that time we’ve had plenty of sweat, plenty of laughs (no tears so far), his goals smashed and he’s back playing golf.

Oh, and he can hit a golf ball 30 meters further than ever.

How did we do it????? Strength training…………

Here’s what Martin had to say:

1. What was the problem you were experiencing before you started working with Tom?

I’d fallen out of love with training and was lacking the motivation to get my fitness back in preparation for a return to golf after a four year lay off.

2. Have you previously tried anything else to achieve your goals? If so, what?

I’d been attending bootcamp fitness sessions. Whilst my general fitness improved, they lacked the specific sport training I was after.

3. What were the results of working with Tom?

A happier, fitter, stronger and more confident Me.

4. What was the best thing about it?

Consistency! From the first session, Tom’s positive reinforcement and aspirational goal setting has ensured that I’ve stayed focused and enjoyed every workout. Looking forward to the next session provided the consistency I required to reach my goals.

5. What are three other benefits that they’ve enjoyed as a result of working with Tom?

Hitting the golf ball 30m further and in more control has been a great result for me. Outside of sport, Tom’s dietary advice has been invaluable, allowing me to make smart choices whilst still enjoying nights out. My increased energy levels have ensured I feel happier and more confident about my general well-being.

6. What would you say to anyone considering working with Tom and would you recommend it? If so, why?

I would highly recommend Tom as a personal trainer. His sessions are challenging, varied and always in line with your personal goals. His friendly, motivational attitude allow you to reach your full potential, the results speak for themselves. I look forward to continuing to work with Tom.
