1. What was the problem you were experiencing before you started working with Tom?

My recovery time between runs was very long. I’d ache a lot, especially in my legs, and feel tired for a few days after, it would take me quite a few days to get back to normal.


2. Have you previously tried anything else to achieve your goals? If so, what?

In the past I have developed a handful of stretching exercises for pre and post running, usually seeking advice from sources found online. I also recently took up a Martial Art which has helped towards my flexibility and general cardio.

3. What were the results of working with Tom?

Tom has helped me develop an incredible amount of core and overall strength. He has also helped me to greatly improve my stamina. I am able to run much longer distances with ease, which has made my running a lot more successful and enjoyable.


4. What was the best thing about it?

I think the overall strength I've gained is fantastic but, as an adventure runner, the power Tom has helped me achieve in my legs has propelled my chosen sport forward in ways I would not have thought possible when I started out a couple of years ago.


5. What are three other benefits that they’ve enjoyed as a result of working with Tom?

Recovery time is now a lot shorter; Tom’s advice has helped me overcome this and use rest time more efficiently. My general energy level as I go about my daily activities is a lot higher, I feel more engaged and focused when at work for example. I have lost weight and have more muscle definition.


6. What would you say to anyone considering working with Tom and would you recommend it? If so, why?

Tom has helped me turn my life around. No matter what age or level of fitness you are he can get you to where you want to be, no question about it. I would say to anyone considering training with Tom that you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Whatever goal or plan you have for leading a more active life or taking part in an activity you’ve always wanted to do, Tom will find a way to create the perfect plan and pathway that gets you there and beyond what you thought possible. You’ll also have a good laugh in the process!


7. Is there anything you’d like to add?

Training with Tom has given me a much deeper understanding of what my body is capable of, this has given me the confidence to tackle much harder running challenges. Since working with Tom, I have set myself increasingly harder goals, each one I have surpassed my own expectations.
